The Scenics ‘This Day’ – Video premiere

Toronto art-punk pioneers the Scenics return with New Part In Town, an album of their earliest recordings from 1976. (“New York had Talking Heads, London XTC, but here was their equal in Toronto” Brian Mersereau, CBC). Shindig! is pleased to premiere a video for the album’s This Day, featuring video of the band shaking it 1978 amidst footage of aimless youth trying to shake their blues
