Shindig!<\/em>: <\/b>So how did you all initially meet up?<\/p>\n

Liam:<\/strong> We were big fans of Morgan\u2019s music and whilst recording our album (Apricity<\/em>) in Topanga, we heard that he lived there.<\/p>\n

Joel:<\/strong>\u00a0Once we found out, we just sent a message to him saying “we\u2019re just down the road!”<\/p>\n

SD!:<\/em> <\/b>Morgan, you\u2019ve done a remix of one of Syd Arthur\u2019s songs (‘No Peace’) as a result. How did that happen and any plans for more collaborations or remixes?<\/p>\n

Morgan:<\/strong>\u00a0They just asked me if I would do it. It was a lot of fun as it was the first remix for someone else I\u2019ve ever done so I was hoping to do a good job.<\/p>\n

Liam:<\/strong> When we got it back, we had it on repeat a few times over thinking “what the fuck has he done to our song?!”<\/p>\n

Morgan:<\/strong>\u00a0I tried to take out a load of chords and make it really dumber!<\/p>\n

Liam:<\/strong> We\u2019re looking to do something in return but we\u2019ve been a bit distracted lately. However\u00a0we\u2019ll fulfil our end of the bargain eventually!<\/p>\n

SD!:<\/em>\u00a0<\/b>If you had the chance to remix anyone, who would it be?<\/p>\n

Joel:<\/strong> We just did a remix of Paul Weller\u2019s \u2018Satellite Kid\u2019 from his new album (A Kind Revolution<\/em>), which was interesting as it\u2019s the first one we\u2019ve done as a band.\u00a0(You can read about Paul and his new album in\u00a0<\/em>Shindig!
