Enjoy<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Temples - Toe Rag Session\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0P7krLZqFQU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Having released their second album <em>Volcano<\/em> in March on Heavenly Recordings, Temples mark the end of a hugely successful year with the release of the <em>Toe Rag Session<\/em><b>, <\/b>an EP featuring new recordings of three tracks from the album and an accompanying short-film, <em>Sound Education, <\/em>by acclaimed director Paul Kelly.<\/p>\n<p>The EP, featuring &#8216;Roman Godlike Man&#8217;, &#8216;Strange Or Be Forgotten&#8217;\u00a0and &#8216;How Would You Like To Go?&#8217;\u00a0was recorded with renowned producer Liam Watson at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.toeragstudios.com\/\">Toe Rag Studios<\/a>, his analogue studio in Hackney, East London.<\/p>\n<p>The session was filmed by Paul Kelly and the resulting short film, <em>Sound Education<\/em><b>, <\/b>pays homage to schools and Open University films of old.<\/p>\n<p>Both will be available on all DSPs from Wednesday 13th December 2017.<b><\/p>\n<p><\/b>The band\u2019s second album<b>, <\/b><em>Volcano<\/em><b>,<\/b> was recorded at the band\u2019s home studio in Kettering and spawned the singles &#8216;Certainty&#8217;, &#8216;Oh The Saviour&#8217;\u00a0and &#8216;Strange Or Be Forgotten&#8217;, which between them racked up well over a million plays on Spotify and Soundcloud, bagged A lists on 6Music and #1 spots on Hype Machine.<\/p>\n<p>The year also saw them play packed-out shows and play festival slots across the globe including a sold-out show at the Electric in Brixton, London and appearances at Glastonbury, Benicassim, Lollapalooza and Latitude, over the summer.<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b>Temples released their debut album, <em>Sun Structures<\/em>, in February 2014.
