Magazine. &#8216;Dusty Road&#8217; is the second track after &#8216;And&#8217; to be released from forthcoming album <em>Chaos Wonderland<\/em> which will be available to download and stream from 31st July with physical copies through Banana And Louie arriving in August.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Colorama   Dusty Road Shindig! Premiere\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dj6xOIw9G2E?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Dusty Road&#8217; was recorded, along with the rest of <em>Chaos Wonderland<\/em>, way back in 2018 at Shawn Lee&#8217;s &#8220;Shop&#8221; studio during breaks in COLORAMA frontman Carwyn Ellis&#8217; heavy schedule touring the world as keysman with The Pretenders. The extended process of getting the album out was hindered by Ellis&#8217;s pioneering work with Rio 18 who&#8217;s 2019 <em>Joia <\/em>album married samba rhythms with Welsh lyrics<em>. <\/em>Carwyn Ellis plays all instruments on the track, except for the drums and percussion which are supplied by the one and only Shawn Lee, \u00a0who also produced.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4021\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4021\" style=\"width: 600px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4021 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.shindig-magazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/\u00a9Maki-Kita-Photo-1-small.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"417\" srcset=\"https:\/\/shindig-magazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/\u00a9Maki-Kita-Photo-1-small.jpg 600w, https:\/\/shindig-magazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/\u00a9Maki-Kita-Photo-1-small-300x209.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4021\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Colorama&#8217;s Carwyn Ellis \u00a9Maki Kita<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ellis and Lee first met during sessions for St. Etienne&#8217;s <em>Home Counties<\/em> album in 2017 and immediately hit it off\u00a0 due to their shared love of analogue recording and beat-based music resulted in another kaleidoscopic and widely varied COLORAMA album, this time with added groove and flavour thanks to Lee\u2019s incredible drum and percussion skills.<\/p>\n<p>It wasn&#8217;t until the world stopped for most of us (Thank You to all the Key Workers!) in early 2020 that these busiest of musicians now found they had time on their hands and&#8230; music to release!
